This process exists to assess readiness, alignment, and cultural fit for both the applicant and the Academy. Sacred Media LLC reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.

3. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submitting an application, scheduling an Application Conversation, or participating in a conversation does not guarantee acceptance into the Integral Mastery Academy. Enrollment is offered only to applicants who are deemed a good fit for the Academy’s values, learning environment, and developmental orientation.

4. Nature of the Training

The Integral Mastery Academy is an educational and developmental program. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health care.

Nothing offered within the Academy should be construed as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Participants are solely responsible for their own physical, emotional, and psychological well-being during and after participation. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified professional outside of this program.

5. Results, Testimonials, and Individual Responsibility

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of outcomes shared on this page or within the Academy represent the personal experiences of individual participants. These results are not guaranteed and should not be interpreted as typical or expected outcomes. Individual results vary significantly based on factors including, but not limited to, personal effort, commitment, prior experience, engagement with the material, and individual circumstances. 6. Participation and Community Standards

Enrollment includes participation in a shared learning and practice community.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, responsibly, and in good faith with facilitators, staff, and fellow students. Harassment, abusive behavior, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the community will not be tolerated. Sacred Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation, without refund, if community standards are violated.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, documents, and content provided within the Integral Mastery Academy are the intellectual property of Sacred Media LLC and its licensors.Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, reproduction, recording, or sharing of Academy content without explicit written permission is prohibited.

9. Confidentiality

The Academy values confidentiality and mutual trust. Participants agree to respect the privacy of fellow students and not to share personal information, discussions, or experiences disclosed within the Academy outside of the community. The Company cannot guarantee confidentiality in group settings and encourages participants to share responsibly.

10. Program Changes

Sacred Media LLC reserves the right to modify program content, structure, schedules, facilitators, or delivery format as needed to maintain program quality and integrity. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Integral Mastery Academy is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Media LLC, its owners, facilitators, partners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the program.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Sacred Media LLC’s jurisdiction of operation.
